L'Agence is also expanding its services on new sites: Punta Cana and the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo.
	Established in Cabarete since 1997, we guaranty a strong knowledge of the real estate market in this beautiful country. Linking many contacts, we have forged special relationships with all local economic participants. We’ll be happy to meet you at our Information office (Plaza el Patio) in Cabarete centre, or at our main office (Plaza Ocean Dream), located at the village entrance.

The legal system is largely inspired by the Napoleon Code inherited from the French presence on island. The business rules are quite simple and are progressing more and more in favor of foreign investments.

However, for each step of the transaction, carefulness is still one of our basic rules. For each purchase we search all titles, we ensure the validity of all contracts, and the reliability of lawyers. We master each step of the transaction to ensure the acquisition goes smoothly: account openings, company setup, money transfers, contract editing, etc...

We also offer owners the administration of their properties, maintenance, rental, financial management...
